Mark Bjerken came to Winter Park in 1986, and after working ten years in the cabinetry business, he formed Chillcoots Construction in 1995. Don Skare later joined Mark as his business partner in 1999. Both Mark and Don came to Colorado from Bemidji, Minnesota and brought with them the time-honored tradition of an honest work ethic.
